The form is a sophisticated play on the inverted-U geometry commonly found in modern portfolios. The innovation of Meich is the manner in which the end panels conceal power access from the floor and provide concealed pathways for delivery either to the top surface or perimeter edge. The base volumes required for this concealment are cleverly disguised in the triangular form that resolves into a thin ribbon edge.
